Default From Bob DeMarino, TGS

As discussed, over the last two years I have heard a lot of dialogue at our meetings regarding the difficulty in recruiting some allied health resources and very often that was focused on Physical and Occupational Therapists. As a recruiting and staffing company that provides both nursing and allied health services, we too have experienced the difficulty when trying to help our clients.

As a result, to augment our therapy pool, we recruit internationally. One of our international therapists with 7 years experience just arrived. She is approved for licensure by the NJ Board Of Physical Therapy and should have the license in July. Attached is her resume. I wanted to make her available to NJAHR Members prior to other facilities. We typically provide these employees on contract with a right to hire at the end of the contract.

If anyone is interested in discussing this candidate, they can contact me.

Thanks and Regards,
Bob
