An invitation for Full Membership is extended to anyone currently employed in a healthcare institution and engaged in either recruitment/human resources activities. Healthcare institutions are defined as hospitals, extended care facilities and other institutions approved by the executive committee.

Associate Members are those individuals interested in supporting the activities of the organization and are interested in maintaining their involvement with the Association. Associate members may serve on committees. (No individual associated with a personnel placement agency is eligible for Associate Membership.

Institutional Membership is open to organizations that are interested in supporting the goals of the Association and furthering its growth and development. This includes advertising agencies, staffing agencies and other organizations approved by the executive committee.
