President's Message

It has been an honor to serve our association these last few years. As a Recruiter for many years, I have always wanted to get involved and make a difference in healthcare recruitment and in the lives of the people we touch. This organization has afforded me many opportunities professionally and personally. As First and Second Vice President, I have enjoyed the challenges and rewards the past few years; and as President, I look forward to what awaits us.

Under Nancy DeLapo’s leadership and the participation and contribution of our Executive Committee, our organization has had two successful years. We hosted a Joint meeting with NJ and PA; enhanced our Website, increased our membership and provided excellent education opportunities to our members. Thank you Nancy—for your leadership and contribution to NJAHR.

I am excited to serve as your President and promise to serve and work with you to champion the vision of NJAHR. I encourage all of you to be active members; your creativity, ideas, and suggestions are always welcomed and valued.
